Hello, guys. It’s Jamie. I’m here, and I missed you all. Happy anniversary, by the way. I seem to have missed it. But I did not forget it. Suddenly pop out from the dead, I just had this marvellous idea that came up to me, I thought that we should try. Schedules. Camp Half-Blood schedules. I had this impression Camp Half-Blood is more like a school, and we could perhaps make it a cooler version of school. I read Rick Riordan’s version of his schedule, and thought, hey, maybe we could do electives?
Ok, this is what I thought about schedules. I think there should be compulsory subjects that everyone should take and those that we could choose, and others are clubs that we could make up ourselves(you’ll see about them below).
Then those subjects under the category ‘compulsory’ must be done, no matter when you do it, it must be done at least a semester(Semester in this case, is 3 months) every year. Electives are those you could choose, to develop your skills deeper into a certain course, and you can take those, I think it’s reasonable if you don’t take more than four.
I have thought up of these subjects:
Compulsory:
Electives:
Clubs: (organised by students themselves)
Races/ Matches:
(Please tell me if you think change a name much more wittier or fanicer than what’s above because it really came off from the top of my head)
About clubs… It could literally be anything! Make your own club! (Above are just examples, use it if you want) Gather members!
I want this to be a lot more realistic and organised so there will be a form to fill out(to be written soon) to receive approval from Chiron / Dionysus (If it really is some non-productive group, take your chance and give it to Mr D). I suggest if someone makes a club against the rules of CHB, they could have that club unregistered, and I find the sneaky feeling thrilling. (However, you’ll have to notify the Chiron blog, because we’ll have to keep track of all the clubs) and make sure you don’t get caught.
I think we’ll have more than three members on each club, because that’s how it usually goes. With the clubs and electives and classes running, I thought it’s a great idea to have roleplayers to do some maths and organisation work of planning and I think it’s a good help to the brain. There might be more opportunities for us to para, your group could meet up at a certain timezone and have your meeting, and para! It’s also a good chance for those whom think they are left out to have a chance in participating the conversation. I have thought of we could even make a sideblog for it, but it’s be too much to keep track, plus not necessary. Make a page with the members name on it.
Then, I thought that Luana’s idea of a play is great too. I don’t know if that idea stil survived but I want to do it at least once! However, it takes months of organisation to prepare for an event like that and I don’t mind spending time on it really, if everyone is going to have fun.
Then we will have final exams at the end of six months, and hey, we could pretend to do the exam, or our dear roleplayers could actually make up questions if they are interested in the path. For example Ancient Numeric, and one is seriously obsessed with Maths, and came up with a series of questions of maths for demigods to answer… Not very realistic but I’d like to see someone try it on another subject.
All above sprung out from nowhere and I thought it’s a good idea. I still need to tell the admins to approve of it first. But what do you guys think of it? Or how do you think it should improve? I’d like to know.
WE ALL HAVE OUR CHATZYS RIGHT AM I RIGHT
so I’llprollyloginasChironandpostastartingpara
THEN
Team leadersred: first
Blue:second
will post a starting para, note: IT”S A STARTING PARA, NO KILLING. NOT YET.
Just a para stating your team’s positions and all that jazz and maybe what’s on the leader’s mind.
AND SO
After that, Blue reblogs first, then red, then red again, then blue then blue again.
GEDDIT?
That means two players from each group take turns
HOWEVAH
you guys have to decide which character is more suitable for the given situation like from the red team, someone just happens to make this something on fire whatever then someone from blue has to go and extinguish it SOSO
Okay I’m not making sense
POINT IS:
You don’t have to assign an order of who gets to para, but CHOOSE whoever you think will make the most out of it.
bye
EVERYONE WILL REBLOG THIS POS AND THIS POST ONLY, GOT IT?
OKAY. ALL OF YOU MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PEOPLE READY.OKAY BYE.
“Campers! Gather ‘round! Gather ‘round!” Chiron said aloud, standing in the middle of the shallow creek. Everyone went silent as soon as they heard Chiron speak.
“You all know the rules.” He said, “This creek”-he gestures around him-” is the boundary line” Everyone nodded. “Guards, aren’t allowed to stand within ten yards from their respective flags.”
A few muttering was initiated but soon shut up when Chiron opened his mouth again to continue,” Two guards for each flag. Magic items are allowed.” A few fist pumps here and there. “And finally” he said,”No killing or maiming! Or else no dessert for a week!” . Disappointed Ares kids sighed. Chiron blew his horn loud and said.
“Let the game begin!”
If a camper or camp inhabitant shall be found with these items, the camper(s) will have Pegasus stable duty (yes cleaning, and scraping, getting all the guck) for a month straight. No exceptions.
Have a great day, demigods.
Maybe you should head off to Lady Artemis, child. This is a big decision.
Ah, you must be Kyra. Young daughter of the mighty Ares, I heard. I hope you’ve found a weapon that suits your taste, young one.
